Lifetime Mortgage Boutique is the part of that story for homeowners aged 55 and over. We take the time to understand your plans, your family and what you want your money to do, and we explain your options in plain English so you can decide at your own pace.

Our client portal gives you a window into your own case. You can complete simple questionnaires, share and store documents securely, see a free credit report and message us without digging through email.
It works on a phone, tablet or computer, whenever suits you. If you would rather do everything by phone or face to face, that is absolutely fine too.

As close as it gets to a one-stop shop
There is not much we cannot help with on your home owning journey. Between the Buckingham James boutiques we cover mortgages, insurance, wills, utilities, pensions and loans, so you are not starting again with a stranger each time.
If you need something we do not do, we will point you to associates we trust. Just ask, and we will make the introduction.
