What we charge
A fee may be charged for mortgage advice. The exact amount will depend on your circumstance. We are paid by the lender at no cost to you. Sometimes we charge an additional fee depending on circumstances. All our initial consultations are no obligation, free of charge and we will be transparent if there will be any charges for additional advice or services.
Lifetime mortgages
This is a lifetime mortgage. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration. Check that this mortgage will meet your needs if you want to move or sell your home, or if you want your family to inherit it. A lifetime mortgage reduces the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits. If you are in any doubt, seek independent advice.
Other services
Will writing and some forms of estate planning are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Complaints
Our complaints procedure, including how to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, is on our complaints page.
